It's a New DAY!!!

Someone has offered me a little extra motivation to finally lose this weight. I'm down 75 pounds in the last couple of years and very proud of myself for that! But I want to lose 100 more pounds! That is where I think I'll feel the best! It's going to take a while but today starts the new journey! I'm on a weight loss group through Facebook and have amazing support through there. Not to mention my family and friends who are all so supportive!!

So day 1.. I woke up 30 minutes early to do one of my exercise videos. It's from the American Heart Association and its simply a walk at home video. According to my fitness pal I burned 168 calories in just 22 minutes though! I feel great, though I am starving and need to eat breakfast. I'm ready to start my day!
